The average sale price sits at €188,500, down 0.5% month on month and 3.3% year on year, while the average rent is €980 after a 2.5% monthly dip.

At the same time, the €/m2 benchmark has moved in the opposite direction, reaching €2,070, up 3.8% over the month and 4.1% from a year earlier. That divergence matters because it points to a market where headline purchase prices have softened, yet underlying pricing per square metre is still being bid higher. For apartments, the result is a yield of 6.58%, which remains the key figure to watch: it suggests Savona still offers income, but with tighter margins than a year ago as rent growth and capital values pull in different directions.
