The same pattern is visible at the area level. The average price per square metre stands at 8,310 zł, after a monthly increase of 1.7% and a yearly rise of 9.1%. For investors focused on apartments, the current yield of 6.68% shows that Radom still offers a measurable return profile, but one that is now being tested by faster rent growth and steadily advancing acquisition costs. In other words, July points to a market where income support is improving, yet tighter entry pricing is gradually eating into the margin of new purchases.
