Portugal’s July 2026 Median House Price report covers houses across the 100 m2, 100-199 m2, 200-299 m2, and 300+ m2 bands, with an all-house median of €473,000. The selected city markets are Lisbon, Porto, Cascais, Vila Nova de Gaia, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro, Madeira Island, Albufeira, and Lagos.

Portugal Median House Prices

For all houses, the median price is €473,000 in July 2026, up from €990,000 in Lisbon and €650,000 in Porto in February 2025 to €1,295,000 and €695,000 respectively. Across the selected city markets, values range from €300,000 in Coimbra to €1,750,000 in Cascais, with Lagos at €1,250,000 and Vila Nova de Gaia at €599,000.
