All Apartment Asking Prices in France

Across the all-apartment basis, the national median asking price is €256,800 in July 2026, based on a 1-year period from August 2025. Paris is the highest-priced selected city at €620,000, while Lyon is at €320,000 and Strasbourg at €253,500. Toulouse is unchanged at €219,000, with the remaining selected markets spread between €212,630 in Nantes and €355,000 in Nice.
