For all houses, Spain’s median house price was €349,900 in July 2026, up from €195,000 in Murcia to €2,100,000 in Marbella across the selected city markets. Over the 2 years from August 2024 to July 2026, Madrid moved from €1,579,500 to €1,498,000, Barcelona from €1,050,000 to €1,249,000, and Murcia from €195,000 to €246,000.
