Los selected city markets son Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Córdoba, Seville, Alicante, Palma de Mallorca, Murcia, Málaga y Marbella, lo que ofrece una visión actual de los principales niveles de precios de houses en Spain.
Precios medianos de casas en España
Para all houses, la mediana del precio de houses en Spain fue de €349,900 en July 2026, desde €195,000 en Murcia hasta €2,100,000 en Marbella entre los selected city markets. En los 2 años entre August 2024 y July 2026, Madrid pasó de €1,579,500 a €1,498,000, Barcelona de €1,050,000 a €1,249,000 y Murcia de €195,000 a €246,000.
