El informe de Precio Medio de Venta de julio de 2026 para España cubre apartamentos en 10 mercados urbanos seleccionados y los principales tramos de dormitorios: todos los apartamentos, viviendas de 1 dormitorio, 2 dormitorios, 3 dormitorios y 4 o más dormitorios. La mediana de todos los apartamentos se sitúa en 255.200 €, mientras que las cifras por dormitorios van de 200.000 € en los apartamentos de 1 dormitorio a 305.000 € en las viviendas de 4 o más dormitorios.
