I mercati cittadini selezionati sono Lisbona, Porto, Cascais, Vila Nova de Gaia, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro, Isola di Madeira, Albufeira e Lagos.

Prezzi mediani delle case in Portogallo

Per tutte le case, la mediana è €473,000 a luglio 2026. A febbraio 2025 Lisbona era a €990,000 e Porto a €650,000; a luglio 2026 i valori sono saliti a €1,295,000 e €695,000 rispettivamente. Nei mercati cittadini selezionati, i valori vanno da €300,000 a Coimbra a €1,750,000 a Cascais, con Lagos a €1,250,000 e Vila Nova de Gaia a €599,000.
